Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to cancel from the day you receive the item. To exercise your right of cancellation, please notify us by email at celva.jewelry@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item. The customer is liable for any diminished value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to assess the nature, properties and function of the item.

Return
The item must be returned in its original packaging and unused. The customer pays for the return shipping, unless otherwise agreed. We recommend sending the package with tracking so that it can be followed along the way.

Refund / Refund
Once we have received and approved the returned item, we will refund the amount to the same payment method you used to purchase. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item.

Complaints / defects
If the item is defective, damaged during delivery or does not correspond to the description, contact us at celva.jewelry@gmail.com We follow Danish sales law and help you with complaints in accordance with the law.
